The fact that Hörmann and Renson found their way towards each other should come as no surprise. Both manufacturers combine quality and durability with a strong focus on aesthetic added value. They now continue that mission together with Hörmann’s new tilting garage door, finished with Renson façade cladding. The bar is set as high as ever. Technical approval was obtained following stringent quality tests at the Hörmann site in Legnica.

Customisation
The two partners worked on the type ET 500 garage door together. It is a tilting garage door that rotates inside the façade developed by Hörmann. Its quiet operation, good insulation and secure locking system makes this model a high-quality solution for indoor garages. After all, the garage door is designed to perform at least 250,000 cycles.

The garage door has been totally revamped. “We developed this combined solution together with Hörmann and are also marketing it based on a uniform marketing strategy,” explains Dieter Bodvin, Head of Sales EU5 at Renson. “Our aluminium façade cladding adds great value to this ‘up and over’ garage door. Technical approval of our profiles was already confirmation of the durable and reliable end product, which is always custom-made – by Hörmann and Renson – and installed by an approved installer.” Dennis Croes of Hörmann adds: “When two strong high-quality brands work well together, it is guaranteed to result in a great product in terms of durability and design. Our ET500 garage door clad in Renson Linarte is an excellent example of this.”

With a system that perfectly combines a tilting garage door and façade cladding, the installer is assured of fast installation and a high-quality result. Among other things, the technical drawings of the total solution are a useful tool. The end customer also reaps the benefits of this new collaboration day after day. The durable materials require hardly any maintenance and the control of the garage door is extremely safe.
